This might be a good anime to cap.

Now the only problem is, which one of those fansubs are uncensored?

If this is correct, then anyone who uses AT-X footage will have the least-censored (which is usual, IIRC). I know that CoalGuys' release only had the ultra-violence censored.
Anime is a commercial product, and skin or sex appeal has been used to sell products for many years. If a studio wants to market a topless DD-cup catgirl reciting Shakespeare while on a trampoline, I'll do my best to be there and advertise it. -me

So it means that there are currently no 100% uncensored version.

I'll have to wait for DVD release then.
