Asau Daisuke is a high school student and a gifted artist - but he is currently suffering from a block, which keeps him from painting. His childhood friend, Tachibana Amane, who loves him deeply, persuades him to do a portrait of Kimikage Yurina, a girl with a heart condition, before Yurina undergoes surgery. In the process of rediscovering his art, Daisuke also realises the love that he and Amane feel for each other. Based on a popular love-sim game.

Daisuke is a talented painter, but "artist's block" is keeping him from painting something for entry into his high school's contest, jeopardizing his chances at getting an art scholarship. Can his childhood friend, step-sister, older friend who has returned as a substitute teacher, or critically ill upper-classman (who wants to leave something behind to prove she existed, should her illness or surgery kill her) provide him with the necessary release to allow him to paint again?
