Saber Marionette J
In a world of only males, they have created female looking marionettes (androids). A handful of them have been given special 'hearts' called maiden circuits that give them emotion and human personality. Three of these are found by Otaru, and they soon are caught up in a war against Lord Faust and his 3 'human' marionettes.

Yet another Ranma-like set up: a single guy is desired by many girls, and they have wacky adventures. Add cheesy hot-chick combat, bad guys with unsubtle and shallow Nazi parallels, a silly sci-fi premise, and you've got Saber Marionette J!! But don't be expecting an "avoid" from me... I think this show is funny. Very funny. Stupid, but funny. And, the opening theme is extremely cool. So, if you like silly comedy, go for it. |
